There is an application and execution fee per passport. Please prepare two separate payments for your fees as we cannot accept one check because they go to different organizations. Unfortunately, credit card payments cannot be accepted for either payment at this time.
U.S. Department of State Passport Fees
Application fees must be paid by check or money order written to the U.S. Department of State. (The U.S. Department of State cannot accept starter/temporary checks.) View the Department of State Passport Fees page to calculate your exact fee total.
UMD Passport Facility Fees
These charges must be paid by cash, money order, or a check written to the University of Minnesota Duluth.

- University of Minnesota Duluth Student: $10 (with a valid UMD student I.D.)
